Shipping policy

Artis Styling Experience uses USPS and UPS to ship all orders. We recommend choosing either UPS or USPS Priority Mail to ship your order. 

By choosing First-Class Mail, your order is without insurance and we cannot issue you a refund or replace the items if the package is lost.

By choosing Priority Mail, your item includes insurance and you can file a claim with USPS if the package is lost. 

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Once USPS scans and receives the packages, it is no longer in the hands of Artis Styling Experience and as such we cannot offer refunds for items lost with USPS. If you contact them, you will be able to file a claim and receive a refund for a lost item.
